Alexander, Mona.
A general collector, she prefers to have the city and state on
her cards. Her favorites are artists, galleries, museums,
books, gemologists and jewelers, business card collectors, exotic
bird/pet stores, taxidermists, import/exporters, Barnes &
Noble booksellers, and tattooists. Mona
is not trading at this time. E-mail Mona
Ames, Jon.
A general collector, Jon does have some favorite subjects
including restaurants, hotels/ motels, realtors, and
cards made of unusual materials. He really likes cards
from military officials, but also any kind of government
cards. His dream is of one day acquiring one from
a NASA Astronaut--or even a Cosmonaut
would just make his day. E-mail Jon
Andari, Regina.
A collector from North Carolina, Regina shares a little about
herself and her collection:
I began collecting business cards about 1997, although I
didn't plan to collect. I just happened to have right many
and decided to keep them alphabetically (which I still do) in
those sheet protectors for business cards. I then decided
to start my own secretarial service, and one of my services was
business card design. Didn't get as much business as I
would like to have had; however, my interest in the many designs
and slogans on business cards grew. The largest number I
was ever able to pick up at one time was over 200 at a local
Chamber of Commerce. Finding sources for large numbers of
cards has been a real problem for me, but I pick them up whenever
I see them. I prefer cards with interesting graphics or
interesting colors/textures, but I keep all that I find. My
favorite card subjects are antique/Victorian, nautical,
restaurants, Gap stores, Olive Garden Restaurant, transparent
cards, floral/garden, lighthouses, and
unusual/unique (logo, slogan, names, material of the card, etc.)

Banik, Ed. A Canadian trader and co-founder of the
Bluewater Business Card Club, Ed says he sees the day when
the IBCC and the Internet will be the only way to keep in touch,
and also to distribute a newsletter or member list. He has a
collection of over 100,000 cards, and is particularly interested in business
card collectors' cards. Greetings
from Ed:
Wanted: this special category of business cards -- BC
Collector's Cards. Either/both your own
"hobby-fun" card and any variations, and/or your work
card(s). Three or four of each would be nice, to share with other
collectors I trade with. I also enjoy hot air
balloons, lighthouses, barber poles, windmills, Re/Max, pro
sports, radio/TV stations and ferrier's cards.
I have a standing offer to give 10 BC's for each BC Collector's
Card, or I can send you your want list item or try to send
stamps, post cards, used lotto tickets or whatever you collect in
return. E-mail Ed

I'm always looking to add to my 100,000 cards gathered over
the last 27 years, so feel free to write. I'm game on doing a
one-time trade as a minimum, or if you want info
on the BLUEWATER BUSINESS CARD CLUB, which has
100+ members.

Barrowcliff, Gene. From Canada, Gene is looking for
new traders, and has lots of dups ready to trade with! Greetings
from Gene:
I am a collector of business cards for over 20 years,
and have over 60,000 cards at this time. I am a general
collector, and am looking for a few new traders. I have aprox.
600 cards to trade 1-4-1. I have cards of almost every type of
material, but do not have one made of glass. If anyone has one or
knows where I can obtain one, please let me know. I would be
willing to trade 200 for one glass. E-mail
Gene
Beans, Philip. From
New Jersey, Phil sends his greetings:
I have been collecting business cards for seven years now. It
all started one day as I was waiting for my order at the local
pizzeria. I decided to count the cards that they had tacked above
the counter. It totaled 300 cards. I then decided to try and
collect more than that. I found my first card on the sidewalk; it
was not in good condition, but it was my first. I now have a
collection that numbers 3,200. I am a general collector and would
like to trade one-4-one. I would like to start collecting celebrity,
and unusual cards (glass, metal, wood, etc).

Blackwell, Laura. From Illinois, Laura sends
her greetings: Hi,
my name is Laura Jean Blackwell. I am just starting my
collection, so I have no special interests -- I just love
business cards! I hope you will trade with me. E-mail Laura
Booker, Steve.
From Indiana, greetings from Steve:
If I were to specialize I would like to have cards relating to auto
racing, clowns, and juggling, but I'm
interested in most cards and willing to trade one-for-one with
anyone! Most of my cards are limited to the eastern US, and
I would love cards outside the region (especially international).
E-mail
Steve
Brezinski, Beth.
She's been collecting since about 1986, and her collection is
immense (no exact number available!). Her favorite types of cards
are anything unique, tattoo parlors,
astrologers/psychics, brightly-colored, artistic, and
animal-related subjects. E-mail Beth
Carver, Susan. Susan is a general trader, and she likes foreign cards too. She would prefer to have the
city and state on the card. E-mail
Susan
Casey, Otis. Otis' feelings about collecting
business cards are this: "Let's collect and have
fun!!" He trades with 30-35 collectors about all the
time. He also collects wooden nickels, and belongs to several
collecting clubs. Jack Gurner, a fellow business card collector,
has written an article about this interesting
collector. Otis has been collecting business cards since 1990 and
has well over 100,000 cards, working toward his new goal of
200,000!! When he joined the ABCC in 1996, he only had 5,000. E-mail
Otis
Charmasson, Mari. She is a self-described "card
snob" who loves fancy cards! This from Mari: Being the collecting bc snob
that I am, I only collect very exceptional bc's these days. Most
of the others are traded away or tossed. I just ran out of room
for the others. I do, however, have a few categories that I look
for: stick people, 8 balls, Victorian houses,
rhinos, hats, chairs, Christmas-related, trees, trains, UFOs or
aliens, peacocks, llamas, apples, mice, and sheep.
I've been collecting on and off since 1982. I will take on new
traders if they also specialize in really cool bc's or have
access to them. E-mail Mari
Citti, Barbara.
I collect tattoo studio cards, verticals,
die cut, antique cards (must have the word antique on it),
motorcycle shops, any government card, and colorful
cards. I am a general trader and have thousands
of cards to trade. Will accept all cards as long as they are
clean, no holes and in good condition. But tattoo
cards are my favorite. Like I said, I have a
lot of cards to trade and will trade 20 to 40 at one time. I
trade 200 at a time with two or three traders. I have in my
collection about 85,000 cards. I never go out without keeping my
eyes open for cards. I am willing to trade 20 or more cards at a
time with anyone who is interested. Happy Trading! E-mail
Barbara
Cohen, Reni. Reni started collecting in
1942. She is not presently adding any traders, and is not a
general collector. Reni collects only cards with
great graphics, as well as verticals
and die cuts. She has about 14,000 cards,
and keeps it roughly to that by eliminating the "bottom
end" cards as she gets better ones. She will sell some
cards. Will discuss details over private e-mail.
Crow, Betty. Betty, who lives in Texas, has been
collecting since about 1985, and has over 35,000 cards. Her
favorites are beauty salons, restaurants/cafes,
hotels/motels, animals, music, antique dealers/shops, artists,
florists, real estate, photographers, and the new Wells Fargo
Bank. Betty is an
enthusiastic collector, and she has two sites devoted
to business card collecting. E-mail

Dennis, Laura.
This collector welcomes other collectors who would like to make a
one-time trade. Here's a little about Laura:
I'm interested in Oriental characters,
lighthouses, anyone with the last
name of "Smith," cats,
antiques, and unusual
cards. But I'll happily take anything! E-mail

DeVries, Ryan.
One of the founding members of the BBCC (Bluewater Business Card
Club), Ryan introduces himself:
I have been collecting business cards since
1985 and have accumulated over 50,000 cards. I am a general business
card collector and I am actively trading with other collectors
from three business card clubs. I am a member of the IBCC (#82) , the BBCC (#001),
and the ABCC (#273). My favorite categories include any animal
logo cards, tow trucks and other forms of transportation, lighthouses,
windmills, taxidermists, chimney sweeps, and business
card collector cards.
Please write to trade or send me
your extras. E-mail Ryan

Erdman, Ken.
The founder of the Business Card Museum, the only one of
its kind in the United States, Ken has a collection of over
250,000 cards. He would like to trade for the following subjects:
Old cards, cards with great graphics, unusual business
names, humorous or risque, and diners. E-mail Ken
Flikkema, Kent. Kent is the only known business
card collector from the great state of Montana! Greetings from
our resident dairy farmer:
I've been collecting since the early 70's, and have about
55,000 cards. Favorites are cards with Holstein
cows (the black & white breed), windmills, covered bridges,
minor league sports teams, picture of a playing card, Chambers of
Commerce, and I am still looking for the state
outlines of Connecticut & Massachusetts.
Due to my seasonally busy job (farming), I easily fall behind on
trades, so am not adding any regular traders at this time. I can
do one-time trades, especially with newer members who'd like some
help building their collections. E-mail Kent
Friend, Jeff.
Our most "Friend"-ly trader is a general collector:
but I especially like political, religious, pro sports,
foreign and human resources people. I have plenty of duplicates
in a wide range of categories and am more than willing to willing
to trade. E-mail Jeff
Gallaway, Herb. A very specialized collector, Herb has
a fascinating collection of fire memorabilia. This includes toys,
paper, photos, patches, and business cards. At one time he had a
general collection of business cards numbering over 100,000, but
decided to concentrate his collection on the fire service. Greetings
from Herb:
My fire collection even includes a real antique firetruck
that we do parades and the muster circuit with. I do collect
business cards, but only ones that are either a fire
dept. or fire- related. I still pick up other
business cards, but only to trade for what I want. My fire dept.
cards are all displayed in books. I have about 690 fire dept.
b/c's. I am an avid fire apparatus photographer and I have over
19,000 photos of fire trucks in my collection. I am willing to
trade cards but only on a want-list basis. You send me fire dept.
b/c's and I will send you what you want. E-mail

Gensemer, LeRoy. With well over 600,000 business cards in
his collection, LeRoy has one of the largest (if not THE largest)
collections in the United States. He is a general
collector, but an avid
acquirer of Century 21 Realtors and Mary Kay cards. LeRoy is not online right now, but
we have included his mailing address for anyone interested in
trading. Contact him at: 120 W. 39th St.; Reading, PA 19606
Glennie, Gaylene. Greetings from Gaylene in Canada:
I belong to the BBCC (#104) and the IBCC (#70). I am
what you would call a general collector. I like to collect
business cards of any shape, size, color(s) countires, provinces,
and states. I do, however, have one stipulation...& that
is...as long as a card doesn't look like Swiss cheese, look like
a huge transport truck has run over it, look like it has been in
a shredder, or like it has been used for target practice! I do
not mind a small pin hole or the odd dog ear but I do not collect
trash. I've been collecting since the early 1990's, and have
approximately 6000 business cards. E-mail
Gaylene
Granich, Patricia. This Californian has been collecting
since about 1975, and has 40,000+ cards in her collection. She's
a general trader primarily, but her favorites are restaurants,
hotel/motel, vertical, die cut, foreign, real estate and
lighthouse related. E-mail Patricia
Guntner, Tod. Collecting since January, 1998,
Tod has over 15,000 cards, with a large quantity of trade stock.
His favorites are restaurants, animals, black stock, and
fancy dentists' cards. However, he likes to trade as a general
trader only (too much trade stock to try and keep
separated!) Tod has a unique system to keep dups to virtually
nil. He is looking for more traders!! E-mail Tod
Gurner, Jack. Collecting for almost
30 years, Jack has narrowed his interests now to mainly old
cards, and cards from any era which are odd or
unusual. He also has a large collection of photographer's
cards. Be sure to visit his excellent web site. E-mail Jack
Haffner, John. I
have been collecting sports & celebrities aggressively for
about 10 years. My sports cards include "all"
professional & semi-pro teams -- the more plain/obscure, the
more I like them (Women's Pro. Football League, ABA2000.
I also collect all college coaches, AD's &
SID's. Since joining the IBCC I have expanded
into B/C collectors cards, foreign countries,
tattoo shops, Harley-Davidson dealers, jugglers, clowns,
magicians, & circuses. My favorite cards to
date: Satchel Paige / Hewlett & Packard / Eliz. Dole / Jimmy
Carter / Lenny Wilkens / Lou Holtz (at Notre Dame) / Warren
Buffett / Robert Goizetta / Tommy Lasorda / Dan Gable (at Iowa) /
Bruce Baumgartner / Coach K / Dave Thomas (Wendy's) / Nolan Ryan
/ Peewee Reese / Bill Walsh / Rick Pitino.

Harris, Joel. One of our California collectors, Joel
has been collecting since about 1980:
I don't have a large collection, maybe
4,000, but I always like to get more. I like all kinds of cards.
Most of my cards are from Southern California. Let me know if you
would like to trade. E-mail Joel
Heskett,
Art. A general collector, Art has about
100,000 in his collection and it grows daily. He is especially
interested in cards with a Masonic connection, people
with the same names as famous people, and military-related cards.
Art's collection includes a complete set of governors of each of
the 50 states. Art can't accept
any new traders at this time. E-mail Art
Holoiday, Dale.
From Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Dale sends his greetings:
I am a general collector. I have been collecting for
about 35 years now, and have about 30,000 plus cards. They
are from all over the world. I received quite a few foreign ones
from two of my brothers who were Radio Officers with a Japanese
shipping company. The cards that I try to collect are
general. I prefer ones with a first and surname on them, as that
is the way that I sort them. If anyone would like to trade a few
cards from this part of Canada, I do have a few to trade.
Please send me an e-mail. E-mail Dale
Horn Jr., Bobby.
A Texas trader, Bobby is interested in verticals,
restaurants, sports teams, theme parks, collector's cards,
and famous people -- or people with famous names.
Bobby will also trade for any general cards. E-mail
Bobby
Jacobs, Pascal.
A collector from Holland, Pascal is very interested in cards with
these subjects: banks, universities, lawyers, mortgage,
insurance companies, hotels/motels/inns, police, cities and
states (i.e. "City of Oakland" or "State of
ORegon"). E-mail Pascal
Kitchell, Jim. This trader has about 6,000 cards, and
loads of duplicates for trading. Jim is interested in hotels/motels/inns,
B&B, restaurants, any Kansas cards, and anything related to
bowling, golf, and horse racing. He also likes foreign
cards. Jim was recently
honored by a local organization, and you can read about this in
an article
written about his accomplishments. E-mail

Klein, Bernhard
C.F. This
collector is an immigrant from the Netherlands. In 1995 his
youngest son gave him a business card of David Prowse, the
British actor who played Darth Vader in Star Wars. Bitten by the bug, from then on he began
to collect business cards. Now he has over 20,000 of these
"worthless" (as some people call them) small pieces of
paper. A large part of his collection is foreign. He has no
preferences other than they be of standard US size, or close to
it. Bernhard has many doubles. He will only trade 20 at a clip,
one-for-one, with those who have an e-mail address. Bernhard is
multilingual, and welcomes English, Dutch, French, and German
traders. Interested parties should contact him first via e-mail.
Kost, Stan. He's been collecting since June, 1998,
and he has dups for trading! A lot of Stan's cards are
automotive-related (not by choice), but he is really interested
in county seat towns and media-related cards
such as TV and radio stations, newspapers, etc. E-mail
Stan
Kuykendall, Carrie. Greetings from Carrie in Oklahoma:
I started collecting business cards when I inherited a
20-year-old collection of cards from my grandmother and decided
to keep the collection going. I am a general collector and my
favorites are animals -- especially horses,
veterinarians, craft shops, teddy bears, international cards,
and business card collectors' cards.
I am willing to do one-time trades, and I am also looking for
some traders who would like to exchange on a monthly basis. E-mail
Carrie
Lanoue,
Suzanne. A serious packrat, Suzanne collects many, many
interesting things. Visit her megasite
to learn more. She is also assistant forum manager at Delphi
Collectibles Forum.
Greetings from Suzanne: I have been collecting cards
since I was really young -- probably actively since I was a
teen. My first card I picked up in Tijuana when I was taken
there by my dad as a kid, and I kept the card because I bought a
hat there.
I have some cards to trade, and I'm always interested in meeting
new collectors, so e-mail me!
Lavoie, Martin.
A French Canadian trader from Quebec, Martin is particularly
interested in business card collectors' cards.
He loves vertical cards and Re/MAX
cards, and now limits his collection to these subjects. Martin
has more than 21,000 cards in his collection, and he loves
trading. So, if you want some French business cards, please send
him an e-mail! He also is an avid collector
of municipal, or "city" pins, and loves photography.
Lerner, Igor.
This Hungarian collector has lots of duplicates for trading. He
is a general collector. Greetings from Igor:
I have at the moment approximately seven to eight thousand
business cards to trade (such cards which I already have in my
collection of 40,000 business cards), and this amount is
continuously growing. Usually I trade by smaller portions (100 to
200 cards at one portion). My preferable fields are banking
and telecommunications, but
the main rule is that "All business cards are good."
E-mail
Igor
Lewis, Marty.
This Texan has been collecting seriously since about 1997. Greetings
from Marty:
I got started when my mom and dad died and I had to sort
through almost 500 pounds of ephemera (paper stuff only), and put
aside a few old, tattered cards of my dad and various
uncles. (I found a bunch of nearly mint condition
advertizing blotters as well!!)
I am a general collector with particular interests. Right
now I'm working on verticals,
but always like antique dealers,
restaurants/saloons, logos (particularly animals, insects,
etc), book stores, and literary
names (Faulkner's Plumbing, Shakespeare's Tattoo Parlor, etc).
I have other interests as well and will provide a list for new
traders.
I like to trade in large lots because I can cut down on
duplicates that way, but will work with any size trade you
want. Currently I have plenty of cards to
trade, and extra large sets of banks, antique dealers,
restaurants, real estate, and hotels/motels. I have one set
of about 400 automotive and related cards that someone may want,
and lots of credit cards and some bookmarks that I would trade
for cards. E-mail
Marty
Lovett, Vicky.
A long-time collector, Vicky has an interesting goal:
I've been collecting since 1980 & have over 20,000 cards
in my collection. Through the years my interests have changed, so
I have much trading stock. My #1 favorite is verticals, but now
my interest is different cities.
What I'm doing is trying to get every city in
each state in the U.S. To acquire these I need
help through trading, & I welcome any & all traders. So
if you're interested in trading please send an e-mail.
Martin, Steve. He has been collecting slowly since about
1984. Steve likes cards from printing companies and pro sports teams, and he's recently become interested in companies
on the NYSE. Steve and his
business card collection were recently
featured in his local
newspaper (read the article here). E-mail
Steve
Mason, Bud. He's a general trader and has over 30,000
cards in his collection. Bud specializes in verticals, and also collects cards with roses. He trades with about 25 other
collectors, and really enjoys trading. E-mail

McCartney, Suzanne.
This Alabama collector has been gathering cards since 1982. She's
a general trader and welcomes all cards, but particular favorites
are cats, Christmas/Santa, Rebel flag/Dixie/Confederacy, business
card collectors, beautifully-illustrated
cards, tattoo shops, Drogins, cards with one large fancy initial
letter, mythological characters, hotels/motels,
restaurants, humorous, aptronyms,
chambers of commerce, and odd towns
(especially Louisiana and Alabama). See a more complete
list at this URL. New
traders one-time trades only right now. E-mail Suzanne
Mooney, Sharon D.
From Pennsylvania, Sharon is a general collector. She began
collecting in July, 2000. Her special interests are nail
and hair salons; barber shops; restaurants; animals; toy stores;
anything to do with children; doctors; car dealers; and Christian
institutions such as churches, schools, organizations,
and any card that has the title on it of Reverend,
Pastor, Bishop, Deacon, Evangelist, Prophet, Prophetess, Apostle,
or Teacher. She is also looking for any cards
with the name "Mooney" or "Moonie." E-mail

Ratliff, Diana. Our resident expert on the
"business" in business cards, Diana tells a little
about herself:
I'm new to collecting but knowledgeable about business
cards from another angle, in that I'm the author of a booklet
called, "How to Get More Business from your
Business Cards" (available at a discount to business card
collectors).
I'm looking for ANY well-done, unusual, or
especially creative card, especially
if it can be viewed as a good example of using a business card as
a marketing tool. I'd like to find metal,
wood, and plastic cards; cards which pop-up, are die-cut, or have
unusual folds; and cards which have funny or informative info on
the back (not just store directions or hours of business).
Also, since my last name is Ratliff, I'd like to find cards
with mice/rats on them! E-mail Diana
Ray, Jesse. Greetings from Jesse: Hi. my name is Jesse. I like
to collect business cards, and have been collecting since 1998. I
am a member of ABCC - I am member number 853. I like to collect
all kinds of business cards, and really like the kind with piano
graphics and musical notes
on them. E-mail Jesse
Ray, Ruth.
I started collecting business cards when I was
18 -- been collecting off and on for 19 some years now. I
collect mostly religious ones,
and also cards from senators and congressmen.
I have a little over 6,000 cards now. E-mail
Ruth
Reeves, Christine. Christine is married and lives in
Daytona Beach, Florida, and she has two girls. Greetings
from Christine:
I will accept new traders, and I would also be willing to buy
anyone's extras (no junk), especially if someone is going to be
attending some sort of expo and will pick up cards for me.
I have been collecting since about 1984, maybe more, and I have
about 5,000 cards. My favorites are hotels/resorts/spas,
casinos, golf and country clubs, restaurants (local or chain),
products (i.e., I have some nice ones from
Arizona Beverage Co.), theme parks,
southwestern, tropical (palm trees, etc), anything with a nice
layout/graphic/font/design in general, colorful or unique
but I will pretty much take them all! E-mail
Christine
Robberts, Eddie. An Ohio collector, she has been collecting since
7th grade and has around 175,000 cards. Greetings
from Eddie:
My very favorites are cards that feature
businesses named Eddie's or Ed's. I also like Irish/shamrocks,
radio/tv stations, and lawn/tree care. I
am not ready to trade in quantities yet, but am always willing to
look out for specifics for people as I sort through what I have.
E-mail Eddie
Roberts, Julie.
From Tennessee, Julie is a general trader. She does have some
favorites:
Cats and breeders (Devon Rex especially); musicians,
record companies, studios, record stores, etc.; purple card or
ink; arts (photography especially); foreign; postmasters and
restaurants. From Julie:
I also have an interest in promotional stickers....I mostly
look for music-related promotional items, but any other types are
fine. I would love to hear from other collectors who are
interested in swapping or simply want to correspond. E-mail
Julie
Rogers, Martha.
Martha is a general trader who has been collecting off and on
since about 1990. Her favorite card subjects include animals
(especially dogs) and related cards such as pet
shops, vets, breeders, etc.; birds; business card clubs/members;
foreign; Native American; verticals; Little League; sports;
and unusual graphics/colors. Martha prefers to
have city and state on the cards. For foreign cards, please
pencil the name of the country on the back if it's not included
in the address. Martha is not
taking new traders at this time.
E-mail Martha
Schwartz, Zander. From Tennessee, Zander is a general
trader. He's been collecting cards since about 1994, and
has no particular special interests. Zander says he likes
"the flashy kind, and the kind that stand out and catch your
eye." E-mail Zander
Shoen, Sheila.
Her collection is well over 17,000. She doesn't collect anything
specific except magnet business cards and anything
to do with "eyes" -- optometrists, vision centers,
etc.--and calendar cards. E-mail
Sheila
Sleeth, Doug. Collecting since about 1984, Doug has
over 15,000 cards. He likes to trade 20 cards at a time, and he
enjoys unusual cards. He's also interested in cards made
from something other than paper, such as plastic, wood, etc. Greetings from Doug:
My name is Doug Sleeth, and I live in Warner Robins,
GA. I have approximately 15,000 cards. I lost count around
8,000--but it has about doubled in size, so I estimate
15,000. I have been collecting for about 15 years, becoming
interested after getting my own personal business cards from my
employer, and at about the same time I acquired some unique cards
that caught my attention. I enjoy all cards as long as
there is one change on the card, i.e. new address or job
position. I am like most other collectors in that I enjoy
getting unusual and weird cards. I especially enjoy picture
cards, cards made from other materials, and artistic/graphic
cards. I am actively working on obtaining
more valued cards like political, actors, CEO's
of major corporations, and antique cards.
I do not really like the "folded" cards or oversized
cards too much, but I put up with them. I have a dream to
one day organize a national registry or museum for the business
card and business card art, something like a national archives or
Library of Congress type of building dedicated to the business
card and its art. Washington, DC would be a good place to
put one; it has about everthing else there, and would probably
get the most attention from visitors. Maybe it would be possible
to have it partially funded by the government and/or private
donations--who knows?
Most of my cards came from my father, as he traveled in his
business--mainly Missouri and Illinois. I have also gained
many through trade shows. Everywhere I go, it seems I see
cards and pick some up--there must be some "mental
condition" associated with this!?!
I would love to trade with more individuals on a
once-every-other-month schedule or so. Twenty for 20 is
best, although I would consider other trades, especially for
political, actors, popular location cards and CEO/company
president cards.
I may even be willing to occasionally purchase very
hard-to-come-by cards and old cards.

over 30,000 cards from more than 140 countries! His special
interests include celebrities, airlines,
collectors, glossy black cards, and cards from England. He will trade 3 of his cards for 1 of
your glossy black ones. He is also trying to get cards from every
Dutch city/village. E-mail Rob
Smith, Donald. From Ohio, Don is a general trader, and
he also has a few favorites:
I am a general collector with nearly 4000 business cards, and
have been collecting for close to five years. I will trade in
lots of 20, 1-4-1. I am looking for business cards from Rural/Metro
Ambulance, Fire Department, and/or corporate
cards. Other than that, any business card will do, so long as
they are in mint condition (no writing, tack holes, folds or
tears). E-mail Don

Stanton, Janice. Janice has been collecting for
about ten years, and would prefer business cards that have the
city and state on them. She particularly likes those with good
graphics. Janice is a general collector, but her
favorites are beauty salons, book stores, bugs, chambers
of commerce & visitor's centers, Drogins,
embossed cards, holograms, lighthouses, state outlines, tattoo
parlors, woodgrain, verticals, and any unusual
cards. E-mail
Janice
Stratton, Steve.
Currently living in Richmond, Virginia, Steve is originally from
Michigan. Greetings from Steve: Hi, fellow
traders. I have been collecting business cards for about
15 years or so. I don't exactly remember when I started picking
them up on a regular basis. I currently have around 40,000 cards,
give or take. They are sorted by the occupation of the person on
the card. I collect all cards -- prefer them to be in mint
condition. I like ones with unusual
shapes/sizes, hotels/motels, universities/colleges, librarians,
unusual businesses, "new-age" things such as
psychics/fortune tellers/etc., publishing, gardening (not flower
shops), sports teams, and several other
categories, but trade and collect them all. E-mail
Steve
Virbick, Lynne. This collector trades one-for-one, anywhere from 20-100 cards at a time. Her collection is currently about 7000. Lynne's favorite card subjects are castles, British/Scottish/ Irish subjects, hotels, restaurants, Halloween, angels, and any card with good artwork/design. E-mail Lynne
Walters, Jeff. A general trader, Jeff does have some
special collecting interests including military
recruiters, Wells Fargo, Barnes & Noble, Hooters restaurants,
cards with ROBOTS on
them, business card collectors' cards, last name or
company name of "Walters" or "Walter,"
political campaign/election cards, and TV/movie
prop business cards. Jeff
also likes wooden nickels that have business
addresses on them. Although
he can't accept any permanent traders right now, he would
possibly have time for a one-time trade. E-mail
Jeff
Williams, John.
This collector has over 120,000 cards as of August, 1998. He
trades one-for-one. E-mail John
